Seems to be a typo when constructing DecompXOutput in BertLayer and RobertaLayer (decompx_output.LN1 may never be formed even if the corresponding flag is on)
Added guardrails when dealing with pooler_output in case BertModel has no pooling layer (add_pooling_layer = False)
