@codex review Please review final head 4352b88 against main cf3291d. #53 was merged by the user; its emitter and shared harness are no longer part of this diff. Ancestry is preserved. All independent baseline files are unchanged from reviewed 8581d29. Ten Rust cases, seven Python tests and formatting pass. Final-head CI is pending; no old CI result is substituted. All known threads are resolved. |

@codex review Final head a7b0cde incorporates the three newly reported #51 oracle/evidence findings. Explicit exports and exact source-capture catalog have failing-before/passing-after mutation regressions. Pinned origins.json binds the historical commits/archive digests to the existing capture evidence; no fresh download is claimed. Twelve baseline Rust cases, eight Python checks and formatting pass. Emitter, shared compiler, captured source bytes and prior provenance pins are unchanged. All three threads are answered/resolved. The prior review has completed; please review this final delta. CI must qualify this SHA. |

@codex review Final head b36fd17 adds the two subsequent #51 MEX oracle corrections: exact captured operation catalog and complete variables shape. Both new mutation regressions fail before and pass after; all fourteen baseline Rust cases, eight Python checks and formatting pass, with targeted MEX Clippy green. Shape names/structure are source-backed; scalar tags remain explicitly name-based approximations. Production MEX/emitter and captured evidence bytes are unchanged. The previous review completed, and both findings are answered/resolved. CI must qualify this final SHA. |

@codex review Final head 700310f incorporates the later #55 finding about complete MEX presence nodes. The oracle now compares the full literal tree, with nineteen structural mutations reproducing the preceding gap and passing after correction. Fifteen baseline Rust cases, eight Python checks, formatting and targeted MEX Clippy pass. Production code and source capture bytes are unchanged. Previous review completed; all known threads are resolved. Current-head CI remains required. |

@codex review Final head 33c2b3d pins reviewed MEX identity (name/query kind/persisted ID), with a failing-before/passing-after mutation regression. Sixteen Rust baseline cases, eight Python checks, formatting and targeted MEX Clippy pass. The response-tree suggestion is explicitly disposed as outside the assigned input-variable triage; README/test module make no claim to qualify MEX response extraction or generated response structs. No production defect there was reproduced. All threads are resolved with evidence or bounded disposition; previous reviews completed. Final-head CI remains required. |

@codex review Final head e9a1fb0 incorporates the three later #51 IQ oracle findings: empty outer guards, parser identities and exact captured fragment diagnostics. The three new regressions fail against the prior oracle and pass after correction. Nineteen baseline Rust cases, eight Python checks and formatting pass. Only tests/documentation changed; main remains cf3291d and the emitter/shared compiler are unchanged. Previous review is complete and all known threads are resolved. Prior-head CI was green, but final-head CI is separately required. |

Reject duplicate pilots in the committed IQ artifact
When generated/iq/index.json contains an appended second SetSubject or AcceptGroupAdd stanza with a different contract, this helper validates only the first match, so committed_ir_satisfies_the_independent_wire_cases still passes even though generate_iq iterates both and emits the differing duplicate under a suffixed public spec name. The new exact-catalog assertion applies only to captured_contract; the committed-artifact test bypasses it, so require exactly one match for each pilot there.
Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
Source-backed IQ baseline and bounded MEX input-variable triage against main cf3291d. Published head: e9a1fb0.
The diff contains 36 independent baseline/capture/CI files. Ancestry is preserved; the user-merged #53 emitter and shared fixture compiler are inherited from main and absent from this delta.
IQ expectations cover exact request destination/content/structure, exported names, captured stanza catalog, legitimate empty success, approval child, ordered outcome tags/kinds, correlation and invalid envelopes. Partial captures intentionally omit error vocabularies; their generic kinds are distinguished explicitly from full-artifact refinements.
MEX coverage binds the reviewed operation's Relay name, query kind and persisted ID, then checks its exact catalog, complete input shape and presence tree. Presence, null and heuristic scalar type remain separate. Complete MEX response-selection extraction, response structs and generation are explicitly outside this input triage; no production MEX defect was reproduced. The response-coverage suggestion received this bounded disposition rather than an IR-derived expected snapshot.
Capture validates complete AST input and parses exact verified bytes. Complete provenance, JS inventory and origins.json are pinned; origin records bind historical commits/archive hashes to each capture. Missing modules fail over the full verified bundle set before output creation. Mutation regressions reproduce the reviewed oracle/integrity gaps. No fresh download or full recapture is claimed for these follow-ups.
Local validation: nineteen Rust baseline cases, eight Python capture checks, formatting and targeted Clippy pass. All known review threads have evidence/dispositions and are resolved. Final-head CI 37857011765 passed all three jobs on 2026-10-08 at 23:03 UTC. The final-head Codex review completed without findings. All threads are resolved and the PR is ready for review, verified at 23:07 UTC. No merge performed.
Historical before/after evidence, two-snapshot deterministic generation, size/time/update effort and limitations are in tests/conformance/README.md. This is static bounded evidence, not live-server certification. No bundle eval, account, consumer dependency, baseline relaxation, PR merge, release or closure of #54. #55 adds compiled pilot qualification.

Documentation
Later IQ oracle review: empty outer response assertions, outer/nested RPC parser identities and the three captured mixin-fragment diagnostics are now pinned. Three new mutation regressions fail before and pass after; only baseline tests/documentation changed. The final head independently passed all three CI jobs and review; prior-head results were not substituted.
