why the download table is slightly different to the output of the webserver

the download table is slightly different to the output of the webserver.

We can see in the first line, the output of webserver has class 1, however, the download file alis_afdb-proteome.m8 only has class.

One more question, may I ask whether there is a userguide or paper that describe the download file? I find there are much more numbers that are not shown in the webserver output. Thanks very much in advance!!
