chore(components): header portal adjust microanimation for megamenu openclose

📄 Description

This PR updates the header animation according to the new design, using the Web Animations Api.

For Desktop:

• new fadeIn/fadeOut is applied in the megadropdown

For tablet/mobile

• slide-in/slideOut is maintained in the megadropdown
• new fadeIn/fadeOut is applied on the burgerMenu
