docs: update support matrices and improve visuals

Description

This PR updates the documentation for the support matrices introduced in #1232. It adds the new matrices to the Recommended Models and Features page and improves the visual presentation of all tables.

Changes

• Updates Update support matrices #1232: Incorporates the new support matrices from the base support_matrices directory.
• New Sections: Added Kernel, Parallelism, and Quantization support tables.
• Visual Improvements:
  • Replaced "to be added" text with 🚧 icons for cleaner readability.
  • Added a Legend (Admonition block) to explain the status icons (✅, 🚧, ❌).

Verification

• Verified locally with mkdocs serve.
• Confirmed that all tables render correctly with the new icons and legend.
