Description
(1) ccpp-framework and ccpp-physics metadata-only changes (relative_path --: dependencies_path), associated changes in ccpp/data/*.meta
(2) ccpp-framework update to head of "develop" branch (instead of the slower moving and hopefully soon-to-be-ditched main branch)
