Effort Tracking Week #1
Date: 27.03.2021
This week, we conducted our meeting on March 25th, Thursday and decided on our tasks for this week.
My tasks were:
- Communicating with the assistant about the unclear parts of our tasks and having my teammates to be added to our Github repository.
- Doing a research about Git basics and documenting it to our wiki page.
- Seeking some popular and well-designed repositories in Github and documenting one of them with my inferences. Repository Research
- Costumizing my personal wiki page.
- Issueing the task of initializing the Slack Workspace to my teammate Ufuk.
- Creating this page. :)
Duration for my effort was 5-6 hours.
I can categorize my work into the types of organization, communication and research.

This week, we conducted our first meeting on 25.03.2021 and distributed tasks among the team members. My Tasks:
- Designing a template for personal wiki pages and creating an empty wiki page for each member.
- Exploring popular GitHub repositories and documenting one of them.
- Issuing the task of providing information in the personal wiki pages to all team members.
- Customizing my personal wiki page
The types of my work are research, learning, and designing.

My tasks were:
- Opening a Slack workspace for our group. Inviting all members of the group and creating required channels.
- Learning the basics of Git and Github.
- Searching trending Github repositories, choosing one, and reviewing it. Repository Research
- Costumizing my personal wiki page.
- Checking the labels that my teammate Zeynep has created.
- Issueing the task of taking meeting notes and creating templates for my teammates Bekir and Kutay.
The duration of my effort was 3-4 hours.

This week, we conducted our meeting on March 25th, Thursday and decided on our tasks for this week.
My tasks were:
- Attending group meeting and distributing tasks. (Type: Meeting, Duration: 1 hour)
- Learning the basics of Git and Github. Researching previous years' GitHub Repositories. (Type: Research, Duration: 2 hours)
- Deciding and customizing issue labels with my teammate Ufuk. Decided which labels will be required in the current phase of the project and grouped them in terms of status, priority, type. Tried to choose colors that make sense for each label. (Type: Organization, Duration: 1 hour 30 mins)
- Customizing personal wiki page (Type: Documentation, Duration: 15 min)
- Discovering some popular well organized GitHub repositories and documenting the one that I like most on the page Repository Research. (Type: Research, Documentation, Duration: 1 hour 30 mins)
- Creating weekly meetings for the agreed time and inviting all team members. (Type: Organization, Duration: 15 min)
- Issuing the task of exploring popular GitHub Repositories to all team members and Issuing the task of creating recurring Google Meet sessions for myself. (Type: Issuing, Duration: 15 min)
- Documenting personal effort. (Type: Documentation, Duration: 30 min)
The duration of my effort was approx. 7 hours.

- Searching for an interesting Github repository, explaining why I liked it. Repo Research (45 mins)
- Costumizing my personal wiki page. (25 mins)
- Issueing the Git Research task (15 mins)
My effort duration is around 3-4 hours.
