High level tasks accomplished

• Weekly cadence established
• New pm being onboarded
• Progress on #377 (~17 tasks per change request)
• First draft of technical details for new IP reports / dual reporting in place
• Technical call #1 with unicef team
• ~50% of documentation in place for PRP (as is system, so we can get CR documentation built on top of it): https://unicef.gitbook.io/prp/
• Documented and begun work on design change requests.
• Filed first set of change request tickets, with new label.

Goals for next week

• Bring up etools-test.unicef.org environment. Depends on etools-demo being available as well. Potential demo in 2-3 weeks.
• Finish Gitbook documentation, early in week and send for feedback.
• Triage Cluster reporting issues/bugs filed.
• Finish #377 or open any sub-tasks if one or two of them taking longer.
• PM / tickets / begin functional+technical specification work for Misc. IP reporting changes (1-11), cluster analysis backend and IP reporting exports.
• Technical call #2 to discuss business requirements / specifications / design options for dual and new IP reports.
• Have a call with RPM / FTS teams.
