High level tasks accomplished

• Finished Gitbook documentation, of system as-is.
• Finished #377 and opened sub-tasks for items from it that might take longer/need more discussion to #448.
• New pm on-boarded.
• Begun functional+technical specification work for Misc. IP reporting changes (1-11), cluster reporting analysis (backend), misc. cluster reporting changes and IP reporting exports.
• Technical call #2 with unicef team - focused on QPR / HR etc. (not dual reporting yet)
• Documented and begun work on design change requests. First draft of some designs produced and shared.
• First call with RPM / FTS teams

Not accomplished, but was planned

• Bring up etools-test.unicef.org environment. Depends on etools-demo being available as well. Potential demo in 2-3 weeks.
• Triage Cluster reporting issues/bugs filed.

Open issues to discuss/review

• Calculation methods UX/text task checkin from last week.
• Questions on 3-4 design screens as part of Misc. IP reporting changes spec./design development.
• Questions on new report types: QPR, HRP etc. based on discussion with pmp team.
• Gather more details/clarifications on all the tasks (except #6) on #448
• Demo of #377, geojson discussion for cluster analysis showing large number of polygons.
• Review new/existing comments on change request doc + new IP reports business requirements.

Goals for next week

• Begin Gitbook documentation / specification work for all PRP change requests specific details. To be finished+ready for UNICEF signoff in 3-4 weeks.
• Begin Onboarding additional FE and BE Engineer.
• 2X technical call with RPM/FTS teams, for next week, to begin specification work on integration for Cluster Reporting.
• Project timeline
• In-person meeting in NY with business owners / PMP technical discussions.
• Get first cut of backend for Cluster Reporting Analysis finished.
