High level tasks accomplished

• Specifications on disaggregations and associated UX issues - #72 https://github.com/unicef/etools-partner-reporting-portal/issues/72
• Progress report navigation item for IP reporting
• Most filtering in place now in IP reporting interface
• More data model changes and associated documentation
• API for reading indicator data for locations and its structure for disaggregation
• Be able to view all possible combinations of reported data in the frontend (4 separate components).
• Begun work (in PR) on data modeling for cluster reporting specific models for projects, objectives etc.
• Work on mockups for some disaggregation related screens and other misc.

Open issues to discuss:

• Show how we're handling different disaggregation level of reporting per location for same indicator.

Goals are to:

• Finish API endpoint for user to be able to file a disaggregated data. PUT request. In first 1-2 days of next sprint.
• Finish work on PD progress report data entry / narrative capture; supporting disaggregated indicator data capture
• Start work on cluster reporting interface in parallel per project plan.
