High level tasks accomplished

• Weekly cadence established
• New pm being onboarded
• Progress on #377 (~17 tasks per change request)
• First draft of technical details for new IP reports / dual reporting in place
• Technical call #1 with unicef team

Goals for next week of testing / QA

• Finish Gitbook documentation, early in week and send for feedback.
• Finish #377 or open any sub-tasks if one or two of them taking longer.
• Start work on cluster analysis backend and IP reporting exports (both do no require any specification work or signoffs since well documented already).
