All merge conditions are met (it was a draft until):

1. Make grabette-postprocess here the source of truth: license, tests, CI, docs grabette-slam#26 is merged ✅ merged 2026-10-20, together with Integrate angles, fix sync imu/cam, change post-processing architecture #27.
2. pollen-robotics/grabette-policy is made public ✅ public 2026-10-21. Every link from this PR returns 200 anonymously, and the HF Jobs --with git+…grabette-policy@develop#subdirectory=libs/grabette-chunkrel install works without credentials, as does anonymous LFS.
3. The grabetteos / gripetteos image build on this branch passes ✅ (see Verification).
4. Rename top-level folders: libs/, policies/, robots/openarm/ grabette-policy#1 is merged ✅ merged 2026-10-20.

What

The grabette repo now holds only what ships in the Raspberry Pi images: grabette, gripette, casquette, plus their asset generators, CAD and docs. Everything else moved, with history:

• points the docs, READMEs, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, docs/teleop.md and the "mirrors postprocess" comments at the new repos

Verification

• Device dependencies unchanged: uv export for the image installs is identical before and after, apart from uv's header comment.

• Lock: 102 packages dropped from the lock; no remaining package changes version; nothing added.
• CI gates: uv lock --check, uv sync --all-packages, smoke imports (grabette, casquette, gripette), ruff 0.16.0 and the grabette tests (404 passed) all pass locally.
• gripette tests: 15 passed (develop: 104). The 89 removed are exactly test_grasp_projection.py + test_grip_segmentation.py, which now run in grabette-policy.
• Links: no relative Markdown link points at a removed path.
• grabetteos / gripetteos image build on this branch: both pass (run). Each clones repo-split-strip, and the in-image import check prints all imports OK.

Not changed (noted for #221)

• packages/gripette/urdf/openarm_gripette_right/ (45 MB): an OpenArm + Gripette model that nothing references. It wasn't part of the agreed move.
• packages/grabette/spaces/ (legacy remote dashboard): already tracked in Clean up unused / legacy code in the grabette repo #221.
• casquette's tests fail to collect (missing pytest-asyncio), on develop too. Unrelated.
